Lawn Care
While Florida enjoys an all-round growing season we appreciate that lawn treatments have to be adjusted to suit prevailing conditions which would also include our sub-tropical climate with its unique features.
EARLY THROUGH LATE SPRING
We recommend using premium fertilization products and nutrients alongside post -emergent weed control. In preparation for the summer we also use applicable insecticides to prevent the ever present concerns related to Chinch bug ingress , fire ant problems and other less well known but equally annoying issues.
SUMMER THROUGH EARLY FALL
We closely monitor for insect activity, lawn discoloration or signs of disease and where necessary, treat with seasonally selective products.
LATE FALL THROUGH WINTER
We use seasonally applicable products to promote root strength, which is important for year round lawn health.

Pest Control
The unique climate in Florida provides the perfect conditions for all manner of bugs to prevail and for the most part they remain outside, its when they come inside for a visit that we tend to pay attention which is why regular pest control servicing is essential.
In our experience, property owners who offer their homes for vacation rental may well find that a Management Company will expect an owner to sign up for a quarterly internal pest control service at the very least.
EXTERIOR
Perimeter is sprayed with particular attention paid to any signs of insect activity around the property. We dust down eves, pool cage and deck area and check driveways. Where applicable, cracks and crevices are eliminated.
INTERNAL
The primary thrust is inspection to all areas where insects could gain access, including darkened areas which tend to be a great harborage for bugs. Light spray to baseboards throughout the home.
