An effective irrigation system is essential, especially during the dry season, and needs to be monitored regularly and set in accordance with local water management restrictions.
Mowers need to maintain their blades to ensure they are sharp, dull blades tear the grass as opposed to cutting it cleanly. Correct grass height is essential, as is not cutting un-necessarily (dry season).
